IflvReader is designed to read database (.iflv file) created by InfoLevin. So, it also is used to create EXE database in InfoLevin.

IflvReader can open and read all *.iflv database files.

IflvReader does not allow you to modify any info item contents, but it allows you to create brief for a item and create bookmarks in order to facilitate the reading.

IflvReader is not installed package, it is a single exe file. Put it anywhere according to your preferences.
