Working with several databases
InfoLevin allows you to deal with Multi-databases simultaneously. Loading another IFLV file will not need unload the opened ones. Each IFLV file creates its own Tab when it's open. Switching between them is convenient.

Sharing information
Using InfoLevin, you can convert a database into an executable database, besides, you can convert a database into an executable ebook or a chm file.

Built-in RTF editor
The Built-in RTF editor is similar to Microsoft Word and provides you with a wide range of features you can use to create impressive documents. You can change colors and fonts, insert images, tables and custom hyperlinks.

Built-in html editor
The html editor allows you to create and edit html documents. You can change colors and fonts, insert images and flash files, insert hyperlinks and tables. The html editor can directly fetches html and mht data from database, instead of loading from within the system TEMP folder. This helps improve the performance retrieving webpages and keep the system folder clean while running InfoLevin.

Embeded Microsoft Word (Office 2003 or lower)
InfoLevin allows you to edit Microsoft Word Documents with embedded Microsoft Word editor If you have installed it. In the same way, you can edit Microsoft Excel Documents and WPS files.

Support storing any kind data and importing/exporting data
InfoLevin allows you to store any kind of data in a info item or in its attachments, and as well as import or export data.

Multi-documents
One database allows you to open more than one documents simultaneously. By default, clicking on an info item unloads the previous item and then loads the next one. You can change this procedure by clicking the pin button in child window, which make the current document stick to the screen, clicking on another item will open up a new child window for the next item's content. Thus you can view multiple documents within separate child windows at a time.

Save memory space
InfoLevin can automatically recover the memory space of abandoned data so as to save more space.

File size optimization
InfoLevin offers the 'Optimize for size' database maintenance utility. The size optimization utility helps eliminate fragments from within your databases and reduce disk space occupied by the databases or save bandwidth while transferring IFLV databases over network.

OLE-based drag-and-drop and copy&paste between databases
InfoLevin support OLE-based drag-and-drop. You can copy, cut, move and paste an item or a branch within a database or between two databases.

Protecting important information
InfoLevin allows you to protect important records with a password so that your documents are stored in a secure way.

Clipboard capture
The clipboard monitor captures changes in the Windows Clipboard. With the clipboard monitor enabled, copying anything to clipboard gives a popup menu whereby you can choose a location to save the clipboard changes within your database.

Webpage capture
InfoLevin allows you to capture and save current web page directly without having to first save html/mht files and then insert them manually.

Create chm files
InfoLevin allows you to convert a database into a chm file. But you need to buy a license for the IFLV2CHM to benefit from its facilities before using it.

Address Book
InfoLevin Address Book is easy to use, yet powerful function that makes keeping track of your contacts simple and fun. It almost has all the features you'd expect in an address book, plus some other helpful features like the ability to search maps and import/export vCard files.
